We are passionate about painting and making your visions come to life. Lacuna by definition means an unfilled space or gap. Well aware of the fact there seems to be a surplus of painting contractors, we want to elevate the experience for our customers to the next level. We believe in doing common things uncommonly well and this flows through every aspect of our work. There are many great painters and contractors of all kinds out there. However, we have seen several things in this field we didn’t like and left much room for improvement.

What we do:

• Answer the phone (Or, if we are on a ladder, we will call you back asap).

• Listen to our customers wants and concerns.

• Give accurate estimates for your project in a timely manner.

• Use high quality products to ensure a great end result.

• Respect your home as if it were our own, and leave it better than we left it.

• Keep a clean jobsite, and communicate our timelines.

• Deliver a beautiful end product that we stand by.

What we don’t do:

• Let you call us a dozen times for 3 weeks with no return call.

• Tell you we can give you an estimate in 3 months.

• Give you vague estimates or hourly rates leaving you with no idea what the price will end up being.

• Use the cheapest possible coating to pad our bottom line.

• Make a mess in your home and leave it for you to deal with.

• Use drugs in your living room.

• Say “ Good Enough”.
